  • The house layer opens: chain id 4663101, USDG gas, 2-second blocks, public RPC and explorer.
  • A keeper writes the latest Robinhood Chain block number and hash into a header feed contract on the house layer every 20 seconds.
  • Layers can be launched by anyone for 20 USDG per 30 days, with the creator's share of gas set at launch.
  • USDG bridge: deposits with the chain id in calldata, withdrawals as EIP-3009 authorizations claimed by the recipient.
  • Operator-signed EIP-712 batches every five minutes per active layer.
  • One-file SDK and an MCP server for agents.
