Quickstart

The house layer is open to everyone. It uses USDG for gas and produces a block every two seconds when transactions are waiting.

1. Read the chain

cast chain-id --rpc-url https://<site>/rpc/house
cast block-number --rpc-url https://<site>/rpc/house

2. Add it to a wallet

Open the house layer and press Add to wallet. The chain parameters are served as JSON at GET /rpc/house, ready for wallet_addEthereumChain.

3. Bring gas

Deposit USDG from Robinhood Chain on the bridge page. Your address is credited on the layer in the next block.

4. Deploy

forge create src/Counter.sol:Counter \
  --rpc-url https://<site>/rpc/house \
  --private-key $PK --broadcast

Foundry, Hardhat, viem, ethers and wagmi work without plugins: a layer is a standard EVM chain. The gateway refuses node-admin methods (anvil_*, debug_*, eth_sendTransaction and similar), so always sign locally.
